NEW: Los Angeles Paid Sick Leave

This new policy is effective July 1, 2016 for employers with 26 or more employees in the City of Los Angeles; employers with 25 or fewer employees in the City of Los Angeles are not subject to the ordinance until July 1, 2017. This policy has been drafted to comply with California’s Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act (in addition to the Los Angeles ordinance).
