NEW Illinois Family Neonatal Intensive Care Leave
We have added this new optional policy to reflect the requirements of the Illinois Family Neonatal Intensive Care Leave Act which, as of June 1, 2026, requires employers to provide an employee with up to 10-20 days of unpaid leave, depending on employer size, to care for the employee’s child who is a patient in a neonatal intensive care unit.
